The Vintense brand and all the products presented on this site are the exclusive property of Neobulles SA. Vintense is a pioneering brand specialising in the production and marketing of high-quality alcohol-free wines. Vintense wines and mocktails are made from the finest grape varieties, dealcoholised using a unique process developed by Neobulles, guaranteeing a refined taste experience that respects consumer preferences.

Any reproduction, use or exploitation, in whole or in part, of elements of the Vintense brand or products without the prior written authorisation of Neobulles SA is strictly prohibited.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation on distance selling, you, as a consumer, have a right of withdrawal. This right allows you to cancel your purchase of bottles of non-alcoholic wine or gift sets within 14 calendar days, without having to provide any justification or pay any penalties. This right is only valid for consumers located in the European Union.

Withdrawal periods

The withdrawal period begins the day after delivery of the bottles or boxes. During this period, you may examine and try on the products received in the same way as you would in a shop. However, you may be held responsible for any loss of value of the products due to handling beyond what is necessary to ascertain their characteristics and correct functioning.

Returning products

If you decide to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Neobulles SA of your decision within 14 days of receiving the bottles of non-alcoholic wine or the boxes. You must then return the products as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days of your notification of withdrawal.

You are responsible for the costs of returning the bottles or boxes, unless Neobulles SA has agreed to pay them or if you were not informed of these costs before the contract was concluded.

Reimbursement

Within 14 days of receipt of your cancellation request, Neobulles SA will refund all payments received, including the initial delivery costs, provided that the returned products are unopened and in their original condition. Neobulles SA reserves the right to defer reimbursement until the products have been recovered or until you provide proof that the products have been returned.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

Please note that certain exceptions to the right of withdrawal apply, in particular in the following cases:

• Orders for bottles of non-alcoholic wine or gift boxes that have been opened or whose packaging has been unsealed for health or hygiene reasons;
• The ordering of made-to-measure or personalised goods.
